California Residents: Requests Under the California Consumer Privacy Act

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”), California residents have the right to request information regarding personal information about them we collect, sell, and disclose for a business purpose (a “right to know request”), request deletion of their personal information (a “deletion request”), and opt-out of the sale of their personal information (an “opt-out request”). In addition to filling out and submitting this webform, California residents may make such requests by calling (888) 326-3971.

To use an authorized agent, a California resident must provide the agent with written authorization. Therefore, after receiving a request from an agent, we will contact the agent to receive a copy of the written authorization from the California resident on whose behalf the request is being made. We may deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by the appropriate California resident to act on their behalf. Furthermore, for right to know and deletion requests only, a California resident may also be required to verify their own identity with us. The requirements to use an authorized agent for right to know and deletion requests do not apply when a California resident has provided the agent with power of attorney pursuant to Cal. Prob. Code sections 4000 to 4465.
